- Carnation Milk3 Cups
- Cinnamon1 Tablespoons
- Butter3 Tablespoons
- Raisins1/2 Cups
- Brown Sugar or regular sugar3/4 Cups
- Vanilla Extract1 Tablespoons
- Sliced Brioche Bread8 Inche
In a Saucepan add milk, butter cinnamon, Vanilla Extract, brown sugar and raisins and heat until warm. Simmer and stire until sugar dissolves.
In a bowl add the bread and the hot milk mixture let it sit for 20-30 minutes so it can absorbe all the flavors.
Add the beaten eggs to the bread and milk mixture and stire. Poured bread pudding into a buttered baking dish and bake for 1 hour
I also use 1 small can of condensed milk. I love it rich. You can use any bread you want i just happen to use brioche. This Dessert is really good with Vanilla Ice cream.
