- Tilapia Fillets3
- Shrimps1 Cupscut shrimp into smaller pieces
- Quinoa1 Cups
- Salt and black pepper
Heat a nonstick skillet over high heat. When the pan is hot, add the coconut oil. Place the fillets in the pan, sizzle and flip when until both sides are cooked.
When fish is cooked, clean Pan add some extra coconut oil when hot add cut shrimp and let it cook then add onions and bell pepper. Let it cook and serve with tilapia and Broccoli or Quinoa as a side.
